Excellent food and service is always nice to me.

Food is very tasty! Large quantities of delicious food that are reasonably priced!! Definitely getting what you pay for and then some! Sangria and margarita pitchers give you a bang for your buck! Staff was friendly and attentive. No complaints! Favorite spot! Highly recommend:)

Every drink and dish that came to our table was out of this world delish! So happy our first Colombian food experience was here and cant wait to come back

Omg the food and service is amazing

Today is an update to my previous review, I don’t know what happened to this restaurant, in the past few months, waitnerss with bad actitude, the milanesa change from meat to chicken in the preparation, why why why stop been stupid is the same dish only change the protein why the whole presentation !!!!???? This is so stupid, I been eating in this place for over 20 years and my love for it is over, no more mi Tierrita. Is so sad to see the total careless of this people and specially some waitress, honestly go look for another place. I publish a picture of tostones instead of beautiful yellow golden they are burned brown !!! Really ????I will like the owner to reply to me and say something about it, I’m waiting.

The worst service!! Be warned, the people that work here are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. Terrible customer service at the register The blonde haired woman on the register was very rude and didnt want to give me a receipt when I picked up my take out. Horrible!Whatever little quality they have left in their food is tarnished by the level of service they Give.

Good columbian food, generous portions price

Staff members are always very friendly, rates are convenient and the spot is always well organised. ood is constantly fresh and delicious, workers gives good service. The only real reason why I’m putting one star is for the horrible customer service that I received today. I ordered food for pick up and when I got there I decided to order a passion fruit juice now the women who was at the pick up counter didn’t understand what I asked so I asked for a menu and pointed to the drink I wanted to order the whole entire time her and the man at that counter were laughing and making fun of me the whole entire time very rude and unprofessional will never order there again. They truly deserve no stars.

Authentic columbian food with amazing sangria! They always accommodate our palates by making us a special sweet sangria!

So good. Authenticity is key. I called my order in and picked it up but the senoritas at the register were great even though I didnt speak a lick of spanish :)

I love it the breaded pork is so juicy. Not in the least bit dry. Love the sangria.

I was there 1 month ago with some family. The food was absolutely delicious. I dont remember the name of it but we all picked different ones, all were great. A little difficult because waitress spoke no english, I think they need bilingual help .

We called in order were told go to back parking lot and it would be right out. We waited over 30 minutes and called back 3 times asking for status update to which they responded each time it will be right out. Furthermore they overcharged us $15 for everything. For these reasons, this is our first and last visit to this place.

Best Spanish food in town.

Excellent carne asada. Nice sized portions. Friendly waitstaff. Prices are reasonable. Have had the grilled chicken in the past, also excellent. Worth a visit.

The staff is very friendly, very serious about the well being of patrons. Always keeping the restaurant clean and making sure everyone enforces the mandated guidelines. The food was reasonably priced and alot of it.

I love this place! Not too expensive and you get sooooooooooooo much food and it's delicioso!

If your looking for delicious grilled and rotisserie meats, this place is where to go. I recommend the Mo Tierrita platter.

Service is very poor. Food is not up to par for the price you pay. Meat is rather bland, and the empanadas have no flavor. Highly disappointing, since this use to be a great columbian resteraunt. Hope they make some changes.

The owner of this place refuses to remodel the place. The parking lot smells like a sewer and the place is so dirty. Yuck!

Today I placed 4 orders of food to take out, and the Milanesa had no salad and the carne Asada as well. We trust this business to be fair and legit to give what they say is the menu in their advertising. But this is the third time that We order to take out, and when they serve is a big scam. The portions are always missing something. What is going on with this business, they lie to the public. Authorities should review the operation of this business.

Food was DISGUSTING! I had to threw it out. Wast of money. I order a Mi Territa. Food was cold. Rice was hard. Chicken & meat had no flavor at all. Would not go back. yuck!!! I would rate this as a Negative.

This my to go spot whenever I'm in Brentwood ,Long Island. The food is slamming!! And the staff is amazing .Give it a try you won't be disappointed

For the several times that I had given this place a chance it has failed every time with the horrible customer service. The food is great, the customer service just makes this place really bad. I normally order through the phone and when I get there I am stared at by the blonde woman behind the counter with the glimpse of rudeness in her eyes. The blonde woman asks for my name and I respond and she gives me the worst attitude while taking forever to get my order ready. I still give this place a chance and by chance I mean waiting till that lady gets fired. She ruins my experience every time and I always witness her being rude to all the customers. This is four star food with zero star service.

Had a great time out with my girlfriend and her son we had a great meal with good prices and we where close to the next stop on our date night

The food is great but the terrible service is not worth it. Every time I try to order food for take out the women at the counter gives me a hard time. She is so nasty and never gets my order right. She also never gives me my receipt. Several times I have had items missing that I ordered.

Excellent food and atmosphere great service

I used to love their food. It was like a little taste of my country. With the years it has definitely deteriorated and now it is nothing to what it used to be. Granted, it was never a five star restaurant, however portions were generous and the food was delicious; most of their patrons were able to overlook the bad back then because of the good. The good now is for the most part gone. Its a pity, I used to be a loyal customer, however, with new options nearby, I no longer need to settle for their deteriorating service and products.

Really expensive food, the prices you see on the online menu are wrong. Bad service, I don't know if they hate their job and that makes them serve the table bad. The amount of food its not worth the price. Never ever coming back and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Very unprofessional service, the girls on the front are rude, chewing gum and they’re just looking at you like your presence bothers them there. Made an order for pick up and had to wait for 20 minutes after the time they had said the food was going to be ready by. I also had asked for extra spicy sauce and when they finally gave me the food there wasn’t any extra spicy sauce. I asked if I could get extra sauce or if I was supposed to pay for extra sauce in order to get it and her answer was “we don’t have any more spicy sauce” even when it was right in front of me. I wasn’t going to argue with her, they just shouldn’t have people like the ones in the front desk working there. Definitely not coming back here. The one in Hempstead definitely has better costumer service.

I love this place and I love the steak and eggs is my favorite... try their empanadas or the churrasco
